Unique Heights is a co-educational day and boarding school, founded on the 2nd of October, 1996. Our environment is exceptionally conducive for teaching and learning as the school is a purpose-built educational structure situated in a quiet, serene environment devoid of the hustle and bustle of city life. We are blessed with state-of-art facilities; fully equipped science laboratories, computer/ICT suite with multi-media equipment, well stocked and spacious library, large and conducive classrooms, well-equipped mini-clinic with trained medical personnel, potable water supply through boreholes and water treatment plants, two stand by generating sets for uninterrupted power supply, recreational and athletic resource materials, excellent tutelage in the boarding facility, skillful development in music and creative arts, and delicious/nourishing meals provided by the school catering team.
The members of staff are well trained, experienced, and motivated specialists in their various fields. Our boarding house can be termed a “home-away-from-home” where we provide a safe and stimulating opportunity to develop the students’ UNIQUE potential; academically, morally, physically, socially and spiritually. The boarding system is continually evolving to meet the individual needs of each student and prepare them for the challenges of the larger society.
After thorough assessments and interviews, students are selectively admitted into appropriate classes in that academic session. These are students who are enthusiastic and who will make the most of the UNIQUE opportunity offered at the Unique Heights; where we nurture and encourage God’s gifts in them. At Unique Heights, we combine the Nigerian and British Curriculum and firmly believe in cultivating international liaisons. Our students sit for the National Common Entrance Examination, JSSCE/BECE, WASSCE, NECO & IGCSE and are frequently exposed to exchange programmes nationally and internationally.
